September 12, 2004 our entire health care team will be attending a one day program titled "It's What's Up Front That Counts" in Lexington, Kentucky.
This one day seminar will enlighten our staff and teach them the skills they need to know to be more professional, effective, productive, and efficient in their daily responsibilities.
We hope our staff will improve their personaland professional communication skills, learn to maintain a positive work environment and learn to create a "full-service approach" just to name a few.
We all hope to have a fun and educational day together.
